AmCoBi is the new billing provider for quarterly fee assessments. View the Welcome Letter that was mailed out in June 2023.

Littleton Village Metro District No. 2 has selected AmCoBi to provide quarterly billing services to its residents. Previously, quarterly District fees were collected by CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA). AmCoBi will generate the quarterly District fee bill due on July 1st, 2023, and will be the contact for any billing questions starting with this upcoming bill cycle.

After you receive your initial bill in the mail, you will be able to enroll in eBill or ePay. Your account number will be provided on your bill. No action can be taken until your bill has been generated.

AmCoBi offers several convenient payment options, as detailed below:

• Pay by Phone at 1-877-410-0167 x 3
• Pay by Email or Text by replying to received message from Payment Portal
• Pay by Check –payable to Littleton Village Metro District No. 2, PO Box 51280, Colorado Springs CO 80949

AmCoBi’s eBill service allows residents to enroll and receive an e-mail message with a URL link to a copy (PDF) of your fee bill. eBill also stores a history of previous fee bills.

AmCoBi’s ePay service allows you to pay your bill online with a credit card, debit card, or automatic withdrawal from your checking/savings account (ACH). Debit and credit cards have a processing fee of 2.95%, charged by Paymentus, the payment processing provider.
