Metropolitan District No. 2

Fire Lanes

Alleys are fire lanes. There is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING allowed in a fire lane.

For a momentary instance of parking while the car is attended, no enforcement will be taken.

Any unattended parking in a fire lane is subject to enforcement by either covenant enforcement and/or ticketing or towing.

Towing enforcement is recommended. Please see the instructions to initiate towing for a vehicle parked illegally.

No Parking Areas for Ice Clearing Operations

The City of Littleton has removed the ‘No Parking on Wednesdays’ signs previously positioned along E. Hinsdale Ave. and E. Dry Creek Pl. Instead, they will provide advance notification to the District when ice clearing operations are scheduled to occur. The District will alert residents with an updated schedule of ice clearing work once received.

No parking in the following areas (marked in dark orange on the map below):

  • E. Hinsdale Ave. between Logan and Pennsylvania (south side of street, eastbound)
  • E. Dry Creek Pl. between Logan and Pennsylvania (south side of street, eastbound)
  • Advance notification will be provided via email notice, and on windshields of vehicles parked in the affected areas.
  • The purpose is for clearing of ice. The equipment is a road grader that can not operate near parked vehicles.

Your cooperation with keeping this area clear when necessary is appreciated!
